Terms & Conditions – Sri Krishna Polymers

Welcome to Sri Krishna Polymers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order, visiting our website, or engaging in business with us in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer,” “Client,” or “User”) and Sri Krishna Polymers, a registered manufacturing entity based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Sri Krishna Polymers (SKP).
  
  

• Customers must confirm the Item Description, Size, Color, Gauge, Quantity, and Type prior to making any payment.
  
  

• Custom orders are processed based on final confirmation received in writing (email or WhatsApp). No verbal confirmation is considered binding.
  
  

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order without prior notice in case of pricing errors, limited stock, or compliance concerns.
  
  

2. Payment Terms

• All orders must be 100% prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Payment once made is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, except for product cancellation initiated by SKP.
  
  

• All transactions must reflect successfully in our official bank account before dispatch. Any delay due to banking server issues or gateway lag will automatically delay dispatch/delivery by 1–2 business days.
  
  

• We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, or account transfer. We do not accept post-dated cheques or cash deposits unless officially documented.
  
  

3. Shipping and Delivery

• All materials are dispatched from our Hyderabad warehouse.
  
  

• Transportation and delivery are excluded from our product pricing unless specifically quoted.
  
  

• SKP does not hold responsibility for damage, delay, or loss during transit, as logistics are managed by third-party agencies.
  
  

• Customers are encouraged to insure their goods with the transport agency if necessary.
  
  

• Dispatch timelines begin only after full payment realization and subject to working hours and stock availability.
  
  

4. Packaging and Handling

• Products are packed in standard bundles of 5 kg or 25 kg, unless otherwise requested in writing.
  
  

• SKP ensures quality packaging, but we do not hold liability for handling errors by external carriers.
  
  

5. Quality and Compliance

• All products are manufactured in strict compliance with Government norms, including environmental and safety guidelines.
  
  

• Slight deviation (2-5%) in color, size, thickness, or weight may occur due to industrial production processes. This is acceptable under direct manufacturer-to-consumer supply and will not be entertained as a defect.
  
  

• Products meant for medical waste or biodegradable compliance carry appropriate labels and may require additional documentation.
  
  

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Orders once processed cannot be modified or cancelled unless SKP agrees to do so under exceptional circumstances.
  
  

• Goods once sold are not returnable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed by SKP’s internal QC team.
  
  

• No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content, product names, logos, brochures, website content, and trademarks belong exclusively to Sri Krishna Polymers. Unauthorized usage, duplication, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sri Krishna Polymers, its directors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, misuse of products, or breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the usage or inability to use our products, especially those caused by third-party transport, mishandling, or improper storage.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, labor shortages, pandemic lockdowns, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Modifications

SKP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website and considered binding upon publication.
