At Sri Krishna Polymers, we take immense pride in the quality, durability, and consistency of our products. As a trusted manufacturer and supplier of garbage bags, clinical waste bags, and biodegradable plastic solutions, we ensure that every product dispatched meets strict internal quality standards and adheres to relevant government guidelines.

1. No Return, No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We follow a strict No Return, No Refund Policy once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Due to the nature of our industry—where each order is customized based on size, type, color, gauge, and weight—products are manufactured specifically as per the buyer’s order. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or initiate refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size/type ordered by the customer
Over-ordering or duplicate orders
Shipping delays due to third-party logistics
Any perceived mismatch in expectation versus final delivered product

2. Order Confirmation

It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully verify all order specifications before confirming the purchase. This includes:

Product Type
Color
Size
Quantity
Gauge/Micron
Delivery Address

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no changes can be made to the order.

3. Manufacturing Variations

Being a direct manufacturer, there might be a 2-5% variation in weight, thickness, or finish in rare cases due to material characteristics. Such minor deviations are common and do not qualify for return or refund, as they fall under acceptable manufacturing tolerance.

4. Packaging & Shipping

All products are bundled in standard packaging of 5 Kgs or 25 Kgs. Shipping is handled by third-party logistics partners, and SKP does not accept liability for delivery delays, mishandling, or damage during transit. We recommend customers arrange trusted transport agencies or opt for insured shipments if needed.

5. Material Release Policy

Material will be released from our warehouse only after 100% payment realization. Please note that server delays in banking systems may also delay delivery timelines by 1–2 business days.

6. Jurisdiction

In the rare event of a dispute, the matter shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts only.
