Refund Policy – Sri Krishna Polymers

At Sri Krishna Polymers, we are committed to delivering high-quality garbage bags and waste management products to our customers across India and beyond. Our operations are streamlined to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, transparency, and efficiency. However, due to the nature of our products and our made-to-order manufacturing process, we have established a strict refund policy to ensure business clarity and fairness to both parties.

1. Non-Refundable Transactions

All payments made to Sri Krishna Polymers are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refund under any circumstances once the payment has been processed and the order confirmed. This is primarily because our products are manufactured specifically as per the customer's order—be it in terms of size, thickness (microns), quantity, color, or packaging configuration.

2. Product Confirmation Before Payment

We encourage all our customers—distributors, wholesalers, institutional buyers, and end-users—to carefully review their requirements and double-check the following before proceeding with payment:

• Product size and thickness
  
  

• Color and material type (HDPE/LDPE/Virgin/Recycled)
  
  

• Quantity and packaging format (5kg or 25kg bundles)
  
  

• Intended usage (medical, municipal, residential, etc.)
  
  

Once an order is confirmed and processed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and refund requests will be declined.

3. In Case of Discrepancies

While we ensure precision and consistency through strict quality control measures, minor deviations of 2–5% are considered acceptable due to the nature of manufacturing plastic-based products. In rare cases where the customer believes there is a genuine discrepancy, they must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Such complaints will be examined by our Quality Assurance team. If deemed valid, we may offer a replacement or an adjusted solution at our sole discretion. Refunds will still not be provided.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the rarest of situations, such as:

• Payment made more than once for the same order
  
  

• Order not processed due to unforeseen operational issues at SKP’s end
  
  

In such cases, the buyer must submit a formal request in writing with proof of duplicate transaction. After internal verification and approval by SKP management, the refund process may take 7–10 business days.

5. Legal Binding

By placing an order and making payment to Sri Krishna Polymers, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned in this policy. This policy has been legally reviewed to ensure compliance with commercial norms and holds enforceability in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
