Shipping Policy – Sri Krishna Polymers
Sri Krishna Polymers, as one of India’s premier manufacturers of plastic and biodegradable garbage bags, follows a transparent and straightforward shipping policy. Our core responsibility lies in manufacturing and packaging, and we do not directly handle transportation. This policy clarifies the boundaries of our shipping commitments and responsibilities.
1. Manufacturer-Only Model
We operate strictly as a manufacturer. We do not provide shipping or last-mile delivery services. All buyers—distributors, government agencies, or private clients—are expected to make their own arrangements for transport or assign a third-party logistics provider.
We are happy to support coordination between your transporter and our dispatch team, but we take no liability for shipment delays, damage, or losses once the goods leave our warehouse.
2. Dispatch Readiness
Goods are dispatched only when:
100% payment has been received and verified.
The product has cleared quality checks.
Packaging is completed in standard 5kg or 25kg bundles.
SKP ensures the packaging is safe, sealed, and in accordance with product specifications to withstand standard transportation practices.
3. Pickup Guidelines
Customers must:
Schedule pickup within 24–48 hours of dispatch notification.
Use reliable and compliant transporters.
Share vehicle and driver details in advance for access clearance.
Any delay in pickup due to unavailability of transport, incomplete documentation, or third-party issues is beyond our control and may impact delivery timelines.
4. Delivery Time and Delays
Our estimated manufacturing time varies based on:
Quantity of order
Type of material (virgin/recycled)
Custom branding or design requirements
Once the goods are dispatched, delivery time depends entirely on the chosen transporter. SKP is not liable for transit delays due to:
Roadblocks
Strikes
Weather issues
Regulatory checks
5. Shipping Support (Optional)
For select bulk clients or under special request, we may recommend third-party logistics providers, but this is purely a facilitation. The cost, liability, and service terms rest solely between the customer and transporter.
6. Damage or Loss in Transit
SKP’s liability ends once the goods are handed over to the customer or their transporter. Any insurance, if required, must be arranged by the buyer. We do not offer shipping insurance or cover any losses post-dispatch.
7. International Orders
For export orders, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) must be clearly agreed upon in the purchase agreement. All export compliance, duties, and logistics are managed jointly with the client’s shipping agent.
8. Jurisdiction
In case of any disputes or legal matters concerning delivery, the matter will be governed under Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction only.
We take utmost care in packaging and handover. While we don’t control delivery, your satisfaction and trust remain our priority.
